Return, Refund and Exchange
All items purchased from us are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except under the following circumstances:
- The wrong item was sent by the merchant.
- The item received does not match the specifications, description, features, or other information advertised on our website.
- The item received is spoiled, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
- The delivery exceeds the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy.
Evidence Required
For a return or refund request to be considered, customers are required to provide sufficient evidence, including:
- A clear and continuous unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, packaging, and item received.
- A clear video showing the first use of the item, where applicable.
- Relevant photographs, order details, or any other supporting documents requested by the company.
Request Submission
All return and refund requests must be submitted to nextra-auto@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Any request submitted after the 24-hour period, or without the required supporting evidence stated above, will not be accepted.
